Kerilyn Sappington
Chinese to English Medical Translator
As a Chinese to English medical translator, I am fascinated by the intersection of ancient healing traditions and modern medicine. This website, Integrative Translations, reflects my interest in the practices and treatments of alternative medicine and conventional medicine, and the balancing of years of tradition with evidence-based medicine to achieve optimal healing.
A native English speaker with 25 years of translation experience, I translate more than 400,000 words of Chinese medical articles every year. I have an extensive knowledge of English grammar and a familiarity with the standard style guides including AMA and ACS. I am a strong communicator with meticulous attention to detail, solid writing and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate scientific and medical information in a clear and concise manner.
I am passionate about my work, and my interests and passion drive me to deliver excellent results to my clients.

Since you are one of our very best translators in Chinese, my hope is that you would be willing to regularly take on this project when we get articles in Chinese?” Pharmaceutical client
“We are interested in utilizing your experience working on our clinical account following good feedback. As one of our preferred vendors, the language pairs we’re interested in for this account are Simplified Chinese into English and Traditional Chinese into English.” Pharmaceutical client
